Customer Service….. TOP TIER!
I literally placed an order and somehow messed up on my end. I put in the wrong email address but it still some how prefilled my information boxes with Old information. I noticed after I didn’t get an email right a way, as I usually do. I called and got no answer but an immediate text from a LIVE person who was able to assist me with getting everything fixed.
I really appreciate it because most companies won’t be as understanding. They even followed up with me today because I ended up placing 2 orders yesterday. I’m just so grateful. You won’t be disappointed with the service or the work. I’ve been a customer about 3years now.
